When does my Membership start?

The moment you’ve purchased your Membership, you can make use of the benefits. However, showing us your Membership Card is mandatory. Did you order your Membership online? Then you’ll have to be patient for a couple of days until you’ve received your Membership Card.

Is the Membership Card name specific?

Yes it is, only you can make use of your Membership Card, you can’t lend it to someone else. You can of course bring a friend to our museum with your card. The discount at the cafe naturally applies to you and your friends as well.

Do I need to have my Membership Card on me for every visit?

Yes, in order to make use of the benefits you need to have your card on you. That way, we can assist you quickly and easily.

How long does my Membership run for?

1 year. Your Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of your registration.

Will my Membership be extended automatically?

No. Please order your new membership here.

How can I cancel my Membership?

Your Membership automatically ends after one year. Still want to cancel? Send us an email via membership@straatmuseum.com, informing us of your wish to cancel your Membership.

I lost my card, what do I do now?

Please contact us via membership@straatmuseum.com and we’ll sort things out.

Inviations and other emails

We’ll inform you of events via email. Add membership@straatmuseum.com to your contact list or check your spam and mark it as not junk/spam. That way, you won’t miss out on exciting updates.

Shop discount

Your Membership Card guarantees a 15% discount in our museum shop (by showing us your Membership Card), and a 15% discount in our online shop on selected items. Discount does not apply to Gallery items and original artworks Please use the discount code STRTMBR2026 for your online discount.
