ABN AMRO
ABN AMRO is the main social partner of STRAAT. For ABN AMRO, sponsorship is a way to drive society forward: in the areas of planet (sustainability) and people (equal opportunities for all). ABN AMRO wants to show the Netherlands that it takes its social responsibility as a bank and sponsor seriously. This mission is reflected in the bank’s purpose: “Banking for better, for generations to come.” As a sponsor, ABN AMRO acts as an accelerator.
ABN AMRO supports STRAAT Museum across a variety of projects. Thanks to the bank’s involvement, several inspiring initiatives have been realized.

In February 2023, the collaboration officially began with the project Women in Street Art. This ongoing initiative highlights female artists and gives them a platform. Visit the Women in Street Art website for an overview of all female artists at STRAAT.

The exhibition Urban Artivism highlighted artists who use their work to raise awareness of environmental issues and the urgent need for action.
“Together with our partners, we are committed to accelerating progress in the fields of equal opportunities and sustainability. We do this through Sport, Society, and Arts & Culture”.
Sander Bestevaar, Head of Partnerships, Events and Foundations.

Seth Se La Joue: All Ages Art Playground by French street artist Seth showcased how his playful and moving art transforms public spaces into colorful stories full of hope and dreams.

The exhibition ORIGINS: Family & Legacy highlighted the artistic journey of South African street artist Faith XLVII.
