Tellas’ artistic journey began in his hometown Cagliari, Italy. Wild nature and wide landscapes filled his painterly beginnings. Tellas studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna where he dived into the correlation between art and the environment. His approach is meditative; Tellas fills his compositions with abstract patterns, incorporating organic plant motifs alongside the shadows of plant stems and leaves. He does not convey a political message but instead focuses on the beauty of nature and the joy it can bring.
